Buying with institute money
- A quote first
- On request, in your procurement office’s format if it needs one. It names seats, term and price — and it holds.
- Invoice against purchase order
- Institutes are invoiced directly by us — this track does not go through the checkout. Payment by bank transfer; for EU institutes outside Austria with reverse charge to your VAT number.
- Nothing renews silently
- A renewal is announced by email before it happens. A budget year is not surprised any more than a card would be.
- Data processing
- Your institution stays the controller of its users’ data; we process on its behalf. Our data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is public; a signed copy belongs to the agreement.
